Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your GORONY pieces. If something isn't right, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What can be returned
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

What can't be returned
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and makeup cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

How to start a return
Email support@gorony.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the right return address.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different shade or product is to return the unopened item and place a new order.
