Orders & Delivery
01Is Gorony open for orders?
Yes. Products marked available can be selected and ordered now. The collection page is connected to the products currently published in Shopify.
02Where do you ship?
Available destinations, delivery methods, and rates are shown after you enter your address at checkout.
03How will I know my order is confirmed?
Shopify sends an order confirmation after checkout. A shipping update follows when tracking becomes available.
04Where do I enter a discount code?
Enter the code in your shopping bag before proceeding. Shopify verifies manual discount codes at secure checkout and shows the final discounted total there.
Products & Shades
05How do I choose a color or shade?
Open the product page and choose your color or shade before adding it to your bag. Your selection is shown again in the bag before checkout.
06Why does the product image change for some shades?
When a shade has its own image assigned in Shopify, the product gallery changes to show it. A shade without an assigned image keeps the main product photograph.
07Why is a shade marked sold out?
Each shade is a separate Shopify variant with its own inventory. A shade is unavailable when its inventory is zero and selling past available stock is turned off.
08Are the products on the collection page current?
Yes. The collection is drawn from your live Shopify catalog, so published products appear there instead of fixed example products.

09What is the founding offer?
Choose any two pieces and 15% comes off automatically in your bag. No code needed, it simply appears.
10Who is behind Gorony?
Gorony is a family-founded beauty house created by Sina Gorony. The S I G crest carries the family name at the center of the brand.
